Couchiching First Nation provides patient transportation for local medical appointments

between the hours of 5:30am-5:30pm. Please call the band office for scheduling.

*24 HRS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR PICK-UP

Out of town Medical Assistance

For out of town medical appointments CFN administers Health Canada’s Non-insured Health benefits program.

*2 weeks’ notice is required for transportation assistance

*PATIENTS MUST RETURN BLUE SLIPS TO BAND OFFICE
